Week #2 Workouts

Monday
Warm-Up: Running (5 minutes)
Track Work: Backwards shuffle/run interchange (10 minutes)
Stretch
Tabata: Five rounds of Squats, Push-Ups, and Sit-ups
Group Activity/Team Building: Relay
Game: Frisbee Review Circuit
Cool-down & Stretching

Wednesday 
Nutritional Lesson: Go, Slow & Whoa
Warm-Up: Running (5 Minutes)
Track Work: Run/Walk interchange (10 minutes)
Rise to the Challenge: Timed jump rope, squats, and plank (3 minutes)
Group Activity/Team Building: Tug of War
Cool-down & Stretch

Friday
Warm-Up: Running (5 minutes)
Running Assessment
Group Activity/Team Building: It's All in the Cards
Obstacle Course: Egg Relay
Cool-down & Stretch
