Warm-Up: running for (3 minutes)
Track Work: Run/Walk interchange every 30 seconds (12 minutes)
Teach: Squats, Lunges, Sit-ups
Circuit Training:
#1) Bear Crawl, Sit-ups, Crab Walk, Jumping Jacks
#2) Squats, Lunges, Return Lunges, Jump Rope
Ab Work: Plank, Floor Bridge, Rope Climber, Superman *these exercises will be timed to see how long they can hold these positions and we will test again near the end of camp. It's all about progress*
Cool-down & Stretching

Nutritional Lesson
Warm-Up: Bunny Hop Shuffle March interchange (3 minutes)
Teach: Push-ups, Jumping Jacks
Group Activity/Team Building: Group run, alternating push-ups and jumping jacks until last camper finished with run
